STEP-BY-STEP


1. Complete the INQUIRY form


The first step in committing your organization to Hire Trans NOW is to complete the Hire Trans Now Inquiry Form. This initiates your organization's intake process.


We encourage executives or owners, and Hiring or HR Managers, with adequate knowledge and decision-making power in the organization to support the completion of the form.

2. Schedule your first consult


Next, you will be prompted to schedule your first free consult with our Hire Trans Now Coordinator, who will guide you through the remaining intake process. During this first consult you and your team will receive an overview of Hire Trans Now, with practical tips and next steps on how to implement the Best Practices checklist.

3. IMPLEMENT the Checklist


Now it is time to begin the work of implementing Trans-Inclusive Best Practices. Small businesses are asked to complete at least 3 out of out the 9 items on the Trans-Inclusive Hiring Practices checklist, with an aim to implement all 9 items. For mid- to large-sized businesses, we ask that additional Best Practices be incorporated.

4. Share your open positions


Finally, tell us about your upcoming job openings! Our Hire Trans Now support staff can post open positions for you, or you can use your organization's login to post directly to our Hire Trans Now Job Board.
